The hotel was cozy and clean under the eaves, though my room was in a different floor on the opposite side of the building. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of major historical sights, and the dining experience felt casual and well-stocked. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety.

The hotel is well-maintained and clean, but lacking air conditioning may not be ideal for summer stays. Despite the slightly high cost, the rooms are very clean and well-equipped. Special thanks to the kind desk clerk who moved us to an air-conditioned room; our comfort was ensured.

My stay at the hotel was full of positives and a few negatives. The location was exceptional, right in the heart of the old part of Regensburg. The rooms, although smaller than expected, were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The service was good, with the staff managing well, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, a great value for the prime location.

My room, despite being smaller than expected, was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It was located on the top floor with a window overlooking Haidplatz. The layout was odd with two single beds positioned head to toe in a long thin room.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my vacation, right in the heart of the old part of Regensburg. Being in the city center, it was amazing with a beautiful building and interior. Additionally, it was very easy to walk to from the Hauptbahnhof and situated right in front of a square, the market square, a pedestrian area that is quiet.

The dining experience was enjoyable with a nice selection of bread, sweet and savory items, along with some good warm options. Breakfast consisted of breads, jams, cereal, fruit, cold cuts, and boiled eggs, served in the downtown area. However, some improvements could enhance the overall experience.
